providing advanced end-to-end operational support for securities,
loans, exchange traded derivatives and over the counter derivatives
across multiple lines of business, and cross-business functional
support through the lifecycle of a trade. Key responsibilities
include ensuring trading and operational activities are completed
accurately and before deadlines, researching and resolving complex
issues, and simplifying client interactions. Job expectations

continuous improvement.Responsibilities:
- Provides operational support for one or more activities within
the lifecycle of a trade, including trade processing, trade
settlement, accounting and reconciliation, lifecycle events, and
collateral management
- Provides simplified client interactions and deepens client
relationships across Global Banking and Markets' clients
- Completes accurate, timely clearing and settlement of trades
with internal and external counterparties including reconciliation
management and governance of trade fails and breaks
- Performs tasks accurately during high volume periods in a team
environment
- Improves and simplifies the client experience, reducing manual
touchpoints
- Supports the implementation of new processes to improve the
overall business operating model
- Identifies and flags potential risks in a timely mannerJob
SummaryMain point of contact for requests relating to the
administration of large corporate credits held by the Global Credit
(GC) loan trading desk. Global Market Loan Operations provides
settlements and services for secondary loan trade closings relating
to corporate investor clients. Must be on hand to offer premium
client service and manage the relationships between our internal
business partners and external clients. Will be responsible for
investigating and resolving complex discrepancies which could
involve reading the credit agreement and completing manual
calculations to ensure balances are correct. Will be tasked with
providing supervisory oversight for our various process. Will be
responsible for facilitating training for the team on processes,
business policies and procedures. Must be comfortable with
occasionally leading a project or new process implementation. Basic
Understanding of credit documentation (e.g. Credit Agreement) in
order to perform detailed reviews for accurate settlement and
servicing. End to End processing of loans with accurate data input
to various credit and operating systems (e.g. ACBS, BFT, Cash
Manager, LoanRunner, etc).Responsibilities--- Validation of loan
documentation for accurate trade settlements--- Validation of loan
commitments, interest payments, and fee payments--- Manage periodic
rate changes, rate rollovers, advances, collateral, invoicing,
repayments, and other loan agreement inquiries--- Report Monitoring
and reconciliations--- Train the team on various procedures,
policies and processes--- Provide supervisory oversight on our
various processes--- Input wire instructions while attending to
dual controls--- Analysis and resolution of operational problems---
Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry
initiatives--- Breaks investigation and resolution.Requirements---
