Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Operations Transformation
Lead to support the transformation of billing systems and
tools.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day support of new billing solutions and define
requirements for new billing processes
Conduct vendor assessments and establish business standards for new
contracts
Collaborate with accounting and finance teams on requirements for
new accounts receivable sub-ledger and related operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
practical experience
7 years of systems & tools and billing operations experience
Knowledge of subscription billing systems, processes, and
vendors
Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs and new
vendor integrations
