operational risk to execute an effective testing program per
requirements, contributing to the identification of themes and
trends at the front-line unit, control function and enterprise
level. Key responsibilities include being accountable for oversight
of test execution for the Independent Testing Function. Job
expectations include ensuring quality testing execution, reporting
and analysis of results.Responsibilities:
- Participates in routines involving Front Line Unit/Control
Function compliance and regulatory agencies.
- Translates business strategy into work programs and processes
due to high level expertise.
- Oversees independent testing in support of coverage needs
identified by Compliance and Operational Risk officers and/or
Front-Line Unit process owners, inclusive of transactional,
qualitative, onsite, employee quality review, and surveillance
testing.
- Manages the quality of the end-to-end execution process in
accordance with the Independent Testing Enterprise Policy and
Standard.
- Translates business strategy into work programs and
processes.Managerial Responsibilities:This position may also have

degrees or above in fields including but not limited to: Finance,
Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Process and
Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science,
Accounting, Business Administration.7+ years of relevant work
experience.Required Skills:

- Controls Testing: Prior experience in Risk, Compliance,
Finance, or Audit.
- Certifications: Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP),
Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC),
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
Certification or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager
