Junior Support Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Junior Support Engineer to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Support and Platform Teams to resolve L1 through L3 incidents
Manage client relations and promote best practices
Contribute to process improvements and maintain existing documentation

Required Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or HelpDesk
Experience in remote work and client-facing roles
Knowledge of Linux and basic System Admin skills
Ability to work in the time zone of 8 PM-4 AM Eastern time (ET)
Optional: Computer Science degree or experience with Posit tech stack
