Vice President Remitra Operations
What you will be doing:This role is responsible for leading and
managing the Remitra operations and implementation teams.This
position will require work to ensure that all stakeholders are
aligned and coordinated and that a high quality of service is
delivered across all Remitra Solutions. This includes accounts
payable automation tools & services (electronic invoicing,
duplicate payment prevention tool, automated statement
reconciliation tool, AP recoveries, epayable solutions) as well as
Exchange services solutions. This position will be responsible for
executing against organizational goals, managing/mentoring staff,
serving as an escalation point for customer issues, driving an
exceptional customer experience, measuring performance, and
maximizing revenue recognition and meeting budgets.
Responsibilities will include providing domain expertise, managing
internal resources, managing relationships with external partners,
ensuring customers are satisfied with Remitra services and are
referenceable, tracking performance metrics, monitoring
performance, and collaborating with Premier leadership on meeting
strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibility #1 Ensure
customer value and satisfaction - 50%
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure timely implementations
- Manage customer expectations during implementations and post
go-live during operational support
- Develop processes and metrics to quantify customer value from
Remitra products and service usage
- Manage Remitra customer success team to maintain customer
relationships and referenceability
- Provide leadership and input to continuously improve and
enhance customer value
- Provide input to product development, engineering, and
technical support teams to help them improve the quality of
Remitra's solutions.Responsibility #2 Staff management, mentoring
and development - 40%
- Train Remitra operations and implementation teams on Remitra
systems and processes
- Provide support and guidance to operations and implementation
teams
- Assist staff in meeting deliverables
- Communicate and interpret organization's policies
- Facilitate team meetings to ensure staff is educated and up to
date on latest issues
- Track and inform team of progress towards goal achievement
- Assist Premier HR in managing resource issues including new
recruitment activities
- Provide leadership to team on individual performance and
development requirementsResponsibility #3 Organization design and
development- 10%
- Refine and document implementation processes to include all
stakeholders within Premier, as well as third parties
- Develop processes, metrics, and controls to ensure that all
stakeholder groups understand their roles and consistently deliver
quality results
- Understand and manage all dependencies and coordination points
between stakeholders.
- Build capacity model to identify internal and external resource
requirements
- Lead internal and external stakeholders through organizational
change management and ensure adoption of new processes.
- Manage operations and implementation costs to meet Remitra
overall budgets.Required QualificationsWork Experience:Years of

met.Premier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that
compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to
attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier's
internal salary range for this role is $155,000 - $289,000. Final
salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not
limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education,
unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes
a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility
