Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director Third-Party Revenue
Cycle Management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee management of third-party billing relationships for 40+
surgery centers
Analyze performance data to identify areas for process
enhancement
Lead strategic consolidation of third-party vendors based on
performance analysis
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or healthcare
administration; graduate degree preferred
8-10 years of management experience in practice administration,
client services, or revenue cycle management
5-10 years of experience with third-party billing
Experience in a leading RCM outsourcing company or as an RCM leader
in a full outsourcing system
Extensive knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management and
third-party billing arrangements
