Job Description:
Nurse Manager - SICU/CVICU Full-Time Day Shift Ranked in the

for excellent nursing care. Minimum Qualifications : Bachelors of
Science in Nursing 3 Years of Experience as an RN (At least 2 Years
Should be in a Leadership Position/Capacity). SC RN License;
National Nursing Certification in Specialty at Time of Hire (or
must be required within 6 months of Hire/Promotion); Maintains
Current CPR Certification. Key Responsibilities : Oversees nursing
unit operations, develops staff through growth opportunities, and
ensures effective performance through feedback, accountability, and
engagement strategies. Monitors and improves patient and employee
satisfaction by reviewing feedback, implementing actions plans, and
advocating for patient needs. Manages human, financial, and
material resources efficiently, ensuring fiscal responsibility and
technology planning to meet unit goals. Ensures compliance with
standards, drives continuous improvement in care practices, and
fosters effective communication within the team and with patients.
