Minimum Qualifications : Bachelors of Science in Nursing 3 Years of Experience as an RN (At least 2 Years Should be in a Leadership Position/Capacity) SC RN License; National Nursing Certification in Specialty at Time of Hire (or must be required within 6 months of Hire/Promotion); Maintains Current CPR certification. Key Responsibilities : Oversees nursing unit operations, fostering collaboration, trust, and accountability; manages performance, develops staff, and drives improvement through feedback and action plans. Monitors and addresses patient and employee satisfaction, implementing strategies to meet feedback and enhance service quality. Ensures effective management of human, financial, and material resources, while maintaining fiscal accountability and addressing technology needs. Leads by example in providing high standards of care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving innovation and improvement in patient care practices.
