Assistant Director of Nursing (Women & Children/Inpatient Float

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelors of Science in Nursing and a
Masters in a healthcare related field 5 Years of Experience in
acute care, which includes a minimum of 2 years of experience in a
nursing leadership/management position. SC RN License; National
Nursing Certification in Specialty at Time of Hire (or must be
required within 6 months of Hire/Promotion). Key Responsibilities :
Assists Director of Nursing in overseeing patient care operations,
ensuring quality services, and managing personnel and fiscal
resources to meet established standards. Collaborates with staff to
identify and implement best practices, monitor patient care
outcomes, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and
research-based guidelines. Supports the development and management
of staffing plans, budgets, and material resources, ensuring
efficient utilization within budgetary constraints. Mentors staff,
leads performance improvement initiatives, and participates in
committees to enhance patient care and operational systems. Our
