Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Prisma Health.About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse in our Acute Inpatient setting, you will be responsible for providing clinical direction and leadership for all aspects of patient care. You will be part of a team that fosters patient and family-centered care, utilizing evidence-based practices and research to improve patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities

• Provides clinical direction for all aspects of patient care.
• Fosters patient and family-centered care.
• Utilizes evidence-based practices and research to improve patient outcomes.
• Coordinates and organizes tasks to provide care based on patient and unit priorities.
• Adheres to all compliance and policy/procedures of the organization.
• Identifies opportunities for quality improvement and implements recommendations into the plan of care.Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • One year experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
  • Successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or a comparable residency from another organization.Work EnvironmentThis role may require weekend, holiday, and on-call work.
