This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the future of the University through impactful leadership and financial stewardship.Your Key Contributions:

• Strategic Vision & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to advance the Foundation's mission and achieve fundraising objectives.
• Operational & Financial Oversight: Ensure the integrity of all financial operations, including budgeting, audits, tax compliance, and investment management, while upholding fiduciary responsibilities.
• Collaborative Leadership & Partnership: Foster strong relationships with University leadership, donors, and stakeholders to maximize philanthropic impact.
• Organizational Excellence: Lead and empower a dedicated team, cultivating a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing strategic direction and oversight for all Foundation activities.
  • Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring financial accountability.
  • Leading fundraising initiatives and cultivating strategic partnerships.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and best practices.
  • Representing the Foundation within the University and broader community.Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in a relevant field.
    • Minimum of three years of progressive experience in nonprofit financial management, including expertise in complex financial statements, tax returns, and audits.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of higher education philanthropy and nonprofit regulations.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge and Raiser's Edge Preferred.Join our team and:
