Job Description:

Seeking a remote prescribing Family Medicine Physician toplay a pivotal role in delivering accessible and convenient care for ourmembers. This position supports remote monitoring of Chronic Heart Failure(CHF) and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), as well as ensuringtimely response to urgent clinical information such as critical lab values.Physicians will work one to two-hour shifts daily reviewing urgent escalationsof remote monitoring and lab data flows. Responsibilities includemonitoring and reaching out to patients, managing medication management, andproviding outpatient treatment via Telehealth as needed.

Compensation: $100 -$115 per hour.

Requirements:

• BE/BC Family Medicine Physician from a USapproved training program.
• Licensed in TX,FL, NC, SC (Twoor more of these states preferred)
• Credentialed with Highmark highly preferred
• Current DEA ability to obtain
• Ability to deliver care via telehealth.
• Proficiency with EMR (electronic medical record)systems.
