  • Position / Specialty: Med/Surg RN
  • Shift: 4x12s, Nights, 6:45p-7:15a (will consider 3x12s)
  • Ratios: 1:6-1:7
  • Weekend REQ: Every other weekend
  • Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): No
  • Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? Yes
  • Years of experience REQ: 3 years of experience
  • First-timers accepted: (Y/N): No, must have travel experience
  • Experience Preferred: Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): Approval can be requested prior to assignment, but not guaranteed.
  • Local Radius: 60 miles
  • Locals Accepted: (Y/N): Yes, locals will be considered at 10% less than the posted rate
  • RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs.
  • Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
