Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Pharmacy Care Coordinator
- National Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inbound and outbound calls for medication adherence and
prescription refill reminders
Provide administrative support to clinical staff and manage
escalated inquiries
Assist in training new hires and contribute to pharmacy quality
improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED or higher
1+ years of call center experience
6+ months of experience in a pharmacy/medical/healthcare
setting
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Access to a dedicated work area with high-speed internet
