Job Description:

Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) We are seeking compassionate and dedicated LPNs to provide routine care and support to hospice patients. You will work under the direction of a registered nurse and communicate with the care team and the patient's family.   • A heart to serve patients and families with love and compassion
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a licensed practical nurse
  • Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting (hospice experience preferred)
