Position Highlights



--- Full-Time Role: Work in a supportive and collegial environment.
--- Competitive Compensation:
--- Year 1: $350,000 base salary + 33% of net collections exceeding $1 million.
--- Year 2 and Beyond: 33% of net collections.

Responsibilities:

--- Fulfill essential criteria, which include holding a DDS or DMD degree, completing an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery certification from ADA-accredited programs, and maintaining a valid dentistry license in North Carolina.

Qualifications:
--- To be eligible for the position in Charlotte, NC, US, candidates must hold either a DDS or DMD degree.
--- Successful completion of an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery certification from ADA-accredited programs is a mandatory requirement.
--- A valid dentistry license in the state of North Carolina is essential for consideration for this role.
