Job Description:
- Seeking a Board-Certified IM or FM or Geriatric Medicine
Physician
- Make an impact on seeing the underserved population
- Part-time permanent Outpatient Only position
- Office is open Monday " FridayNo nights, no weekends
- Small patient panels for consistency and focus (2-15 patients per
day)
-Value-based care model and competitive bonuses are structured to
reward outcomes
-Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare,
with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the
fullest
- Location: Rock Hill, SC (just south of Charlotte, NC)
-Salary and Benefits
- Above-market compensation
- Base salary (without R.V.U. targets)
- Quarterly bonus based on qualitymetrics(not quantity)
- Benefits will be offered to those that choose to work 30+
hours
