Restaurant Team Lead Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled Restaurant Team Lead to join our team at JRN. As a Restaurant Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of restaurant staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
• Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction
  Requirements:
  
  • At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
