Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Service Center Lead to provide
support to current and former teammates.
Key Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement efforts and act as a Subject Matter
Expert for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
Train and supervise agents, ensuring adherence to service level and
quality assurance metrics
Collaborate with HRBP's and leadership to drive decision-making and
enhance user experiences
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
PHR or SPHR certification preferred
3-5 years of experience in customer service or HR operations
3-5 years of experience with Workday HCM
3-5 years of experience in an agile environment (Salesforce or
ServiceNow)
