Business ApplicationsAbout the Role:This role reports directly to
the SVP, Chief Information Officer and will be a key member of the
IT Leadership team. This role will lead a department of 15+
full-time and contract workers responsible for managing all ERP
applications including Oracle E-Business, Oracle Fusion Cloud,
engineering apps, master data, and in identifying and developing
enhancements to supporting the "Procure to Pay", "Order to Cash",
Manufacturing and Engineering functions as well as developing a
team of functional and technical Oracle professionals.What's In It

- Lead the ERP tactical organization providing development,
configuration, and operations services.
- Be accountable for system design, development and
configuration, unit and system testing and deployment, and ensuring
quality products and services.
- Propose and build innovative solutions to reduce complexity and
simplify the ERP application landscape.
- Identify and scope opportunities to drive business
improvement(s) through use of IT and process development.
Collaborate with other leaders in the business to this end.
- Drive the implementation of processes that enable SOX
compliance.
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with both
senior and operating level business leaders.
- Prepare budget recommendations for the information technology
operating and capital budgets.
- Leadership, development, and management of IT professionals
within group as well as within other IT departments.
- Responsible for the quality and effectiveness of support and
enhancements delivered by this staff and offshore development
teams.
- Work with business/functional group(s) to prioritize current
work activities.
- Attend business/function staff meetings and strategic sessions
and translate business strategies and plans into recommended IT
solutions.
- Study technology trends related to area of responsibility and
translate/recommend business/IT implications and
opportunities.
- Create and maintain 3rd party vendor relationships.
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
- Take pro-active steps to ensure the culture of the team aligns
with corporate values and behaviors; this will be measured by
pulse/survey results, subordinate/employee feedback.
- Establish and maintain an attractive culture that challenges
and rewards employees for optimal retention and loyalty,
maintaining a balanced profit maximization and customer centric
atmosphere.
- Drive cultural alignment and operational consistency across
different sites to facilitate collaboration and foster a sense of

enterprise.QualificationsWhat You Will Bring:Education and Training
- Four-year degree from an accredited institution. Business, MIS,
Computer Science, Engineering required.Experience
- Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience as a business analyst,
systems analyst, or developer.
- 5-10 years leadership experience at Director level or
higher.
- Leadership and involvement of at least 15+ ERP implementations
across the life cycle.
- Proven experience in delivering enterprise solutions that
scale, perform, and deliver great end user digital
experiences.
- Demonstrated history of building and leading successful global
and remote teams, and developing people through coaching and
mentoring.
- Prior experience in directing geographically distributed
full-time staff and on-site/offshoring contractors.Knowledge,
Skills & Abilities
- Working knowledge of Oracle R12 Applications and Development
Tools, AIM (Application Implementation Methodologies), Linux, .Net
Framework, HTML, Awareness of QA practices and System Lifecycle
methodologies.
- 3-5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
implementations and management.
- Strong knowledge of ERP modules such as Finance, SCM, HCM, and
Procurement.
- Strong understanding of related business/functional processes
and procedures.
- Expertise in supporting/troubleshooting issues across multiple
functional areas.
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Configuration or programming experience in Oracle E-Business
Suite Applications, SQL and PL/SQL, a plus.
- Ability to leverage technology to improve processes.
- Ability to change quickly and lead others through the change
cycle very quickly.
- In-depth knowledge of organizational design principles and best
practice applications.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills (in English) that result
in clear, effective communications.
- Strong presentation skills, either using technology or F2F,
that deliver compelling storylines to drive a decision or
change.
- The ability to take large, complex data sets and distill down
to the most important findings.Preferred
