Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Specialist - Fraud Client
Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and manage inbound fraud-related calls from clients and
internal departments
Document fraud alerts, build case files, and escalate issues as
necessary
Provide timely support and information related to fraud claims to
clients
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
1-3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or bank
operations
Ability to meet production goals and multi-task effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Intermediate understanding of banking policies and regulations
