Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a
tailored experience
Collaborate with the growth team to share insights for marketing
initiatives
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in career coaching/counseling
Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, human resources, or a
related field preferred
Proficiency in career development theories and vocational
assessment tools
Former experience as a recruiter is a plus
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven
decision-making
