Job Description:
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Technician I to provide
technical support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical end-user support via telephone, email, or web
chat
Perform restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user
problems
Track incidents and calls accurately in the database
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or vocational training in IT-related courses is a
plus
Minimum of two years completed in college or a Diploma/Certificate
course
Familiarity with PC hardware and software troubleshooting
Prior experience in Software Application support is a plus
Willingness to work in different shifts
