Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to support
digital innovation for government infrastructure technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to
align ServiceNow solutions with business objectives
Provide technical leadership for planning, designing, and
maintaining the ServiceNow platform
Evaluate platform performance and troubleshoot software issues
while implementing enhancements and customizations
Required Qualifications
Public Trust Clearance
ITILv4 Foundation Training and Certification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 10-15 years of related experience, with at least 5 years
in ServiceNow
ServiceNow Certification Implementation Specialist (CIS) or higher
preferred
