Primary Responsibilities:
* Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm.
* You will ensure a friendly customer experience is provided in
every interaction
* You will gain a detailed working knowledge of the La-Z-Boy and
Tipperary Sales warranties, La-Z-Boy furniture as well as other
products or services offered by Tipperary Sales
* You will ensure all requests and complaints are addressed in a
timely manner and the client is kept informed of progress and final
resolution
* You will problem-solve to determine the proper course of action
needed with each customer issue. Effectively communicating the
service process with the customer
* You will process service reports accurately and efficiently as is
necessary for the proper function of the service department
* You will be trained to make decisions regarding customer service
issues within approved guidelines
* You will accurately complete documentation for all work,
minimizing errors to reduce client impact
* You will operate within company policies and procedures and
warranty terms while adhering to all delegated authorities

Qualifications
Position Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent certification
* Previous customer service, and/or call center experience is
preferred
* Must be professional, polite, friendly, and a team player
* Basic computer skills with data entry proficiency
