KFC Restaurant Shift Leader OpportunityAs a Shift Leader at KFC, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our restaurants. You will be responsible for leading a team of crew members, managing restaurant operations, and providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of crew members to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and cash handling
• Develop and implement plans to improve restaurant performance and customer satisfaction
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members to help them improve their skills and performanceRequirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
