Orion Talent, the nation's largest military recruiting firm, is currently recruiting transitioning or former military professionals to be an Operations Coordinator with a company that has been at the forefront of the petroleum industry for over 60 years.

Position Details: Operations Coordinator
--- Location: Inman, SC
--- Shift: Typically, M-F, 8-hour shifts.
--- Compensation: $70-$90k based on experience
--- Bonuses/Additional Compensation - Profit Sharing and incentive annual bonus opportunities (typically up to 10%).
--- Benefits: Company offers a benefits package including comprehensive health, dental, life, Short- and Long-Term Disability; 401(k) match, profit sharing, and much more.
--- Travel: 10% (occasional overnights)

Position Description:
Oversee and manage a team providing day to day operations support of the Corporate Maintenance technicians and drives growth in continuous improvement efforts. This position supports the management, development, and implementation of operational systems, policies, and procedures. Duties such as filing, parts receiving, spare parts/equipment inventory, PO generation, invoice payment, and time tracking will be paramount to succeeding.

Requirements:
--- Prior experience in industrial environment and office management
--- Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance Microsoft Office
--- Familiarity with reporting, data analysis, spreadsheets, and databases
--- Ability to multitask and prioritize
--- Applicable degree or certifications preferred
--- Military Veterans are highly desirable
